All of us have the capacity to be happy, and good therapy can help to alleviate factors that interfere with our happiness. To that end, I listen carefully and provide support and practical feedback to help people to resolve current problems and, sometimes, to change long-standing patterns. In an atmosphere of respect and compassion, I help them to find effective ways of coping with a wide range of life challenges and psychological issues.
As a therapist for over 15 years, I draw on a variety of treatment approaches, in order to best serve the needs of the individual or couple with whom I am working. My overall goal is always to help others to feel more satisfied, happy, and at peace in life.
